Outline of Research at the Start

薬剤耐性菌（AMR）の拡大は医療における重要課題である。本研究は広島県の医療機関と連携し、抗菌薬使用動向と耐性菌分離状況を調査する。分離された耐性菌の遺伝子解析により院内・地域内での拡大状況を疫学的に分析し、地域特性に適した抗菌薬管理プログラムを構築する。先行研究でMRSAの地域拡散パターンと抗菌薬使用改善による分離率低下を確認しており、本研究ではこの知見を発展させ、複数の耐性菌種を対象に抗菌薬使用量と耐性菌出現の関連性を明らかにする。これにより医療現場での抗菌薬適正使用を推進し、国家的な薬剤耐性対策アクションプランに貢献する。
