Outline of Research at the Start

1) 日本人RA患者においてヘルスリテシーが疾患活動性，治療内容，身体機能，QOLに及ぼす影響を明らかにする．
2) ヘルスリテラシーが低く予後不良となるRA患者の予測モデルを開発し，その妥当性を検討する．
3) この予測モデルで抽出した患者に低ヘルスリテラシーを補完する目的で，多職種連携による患者教育（疾患の理解促進，薬剤, 生活, 栄養, 運動指導など）を行う．そして，この精密化した患者教育がRAの予後改善につながるか検討する．
