Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、大学病院および地域の医療施設で検出された薬剤耐性菌の全ゲノム解析を行い、薬剤耐性に関わる抗菌薬および消毒薬の耐性遺伝子の網羅的検索、施設内・施設間の伝播機序を解明する。また、医療環境における薬剤耐性菌の生存と環境汚染、医療環境ドライバイオフィルムの役割を評価し、環境制御策として一時的および持続的な環境消毒の効果を明らかにする。
