人工呼吸をはじめ生命維持装置や多数の点滴ルート等を有し,慎重な全身管理を行っている重症症例を,簡易モニタ下に少人数スタッフで検査室等に運ぶ「院内搬送」にはリスクが潜在する.そして,安全なチーム医療には専門的な医療知識・技術などのテクニカルスキルと,状況認識,コミュニケーション等のノンテクニカルスキル(NOTSS)の両スキルが必要とされ,特にNOTSSが重要である事が示されている.本研究は,成人に比してより慎重な管理が必要である小児重症例を対象に,院内搬送チームメンバーがどのようにNOTSSを発揮しているのかについて明らかにする.
