Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、慢性疾患患者の患者医療参加度とヘルスリテラシー、健康関連QOLの現状を、経時的に明らかにし関係性も検討する。更に、慢性腎臓病における腎・心血管を中心とした重大な合併症の発症も調査し、患者要因との関係性を明らかにする。本研究は、2025年度から5年間を対象とした前向き縦断研究である。全国の慢性腎臓病患者を対象に、QOL(SF-8, EQ5D, KDQOL)、ヘルスリテラシー(FCCHL)、患者医療参加度(PAM-13)を用いる。開始時に加え、各年3回の追跡調査を行い合計4回のアンケート調査を行う。また主たる評価項目として死亡、心血管イベント、慢性腎臓病の進行の収集も随時行う
