Outline of Research at the Start

介護保険の利用者やその家族にとって最も大きな不安は、介護費用の負担である。これまでの介護費に関する研究は、人生最期の介護費や年間介護費に焦点を当てた研究は複数存在するが、要介護認定後から長期に渡って介護費用の軌跡を明らかにした研究は国内外で皆無に近い。
そこで、本研究の目的は、1 要介護認定直後から介護サービスの利用状況と介護費用を最大10年間追跡し、介護費の予測モデルを構築すること、2介護費用の軌跡を類型化することと、3 介護費用の軌跡に関連する健康・社会経済的要因を検証することである。
