Outline of Research at the Start

本研究室では、北海道保健福祉部のご協力のもと、本年6月より全道の179市町村から国保レセプト・後期高齢者レセプトの研究利用が可能となった。本研究では、65歳以上の大多数のデータを有する全道国保等レセプトデータベースを整備し、認知症、脳血管疾患、大腿骨骨折、骨粗鬆症を中心に、疾患毎・年次毎の標準化罹患比および空間疫学による疾患マップおよび医療費マップを構築するともに、医療資源・介護資源の最適配置と将来予測を試みる。2次医療圏に適した保健福祉事業政策を策定し、持続可能な地域医療政策の立案を目指して研究を進める。
