Outline of Research at the Start

ERCPは胆膵疾患診療に不可欠な手技だが、重篤な偶発症や死亡の報告が多いとされている。特に初心者のリスクが高く、安全に学べる環境が必要である。申請者らは乳頭や血管構造を再現できるシミュレータを開発しだが、学習可能な手技は限られている。本研究では多様な疾患・手技に対応できる新しいシミュレータと初学者向け学習プログラムを開発し、その有効性を検証、ERCP教育の基盤構築を目指す。
