Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、Information and Communication Technology；ICTを活用した段階的な多職種連携教育（Interprofessional education；IPE）プログラムパッケージを開発し、その教育効果を科学的・包括的・縦断的に検証をすることを目的とする。本研究では、量的研究と質的研究の両者を相補的に用いる。また、段階的なカリキュラムの教育効果についてフォローアップ調査を行い、その教育効果を検証する。全国の医療系大学で幅広く導入可能なプログラム開発により、IPEカリキュラムの普及、超高齢社会に対応した社会に信頼される医療人育成に資する効果が期待できる。
