Outline of Research at the Start	市町村保健師は健康寿命の延伸を掲げて保健事業を展開している。保健事業の評価として成果評価が重要であり、他自治体との比較や経年的な推移の評価には、年齢構成を考慮した評価が必要である。しかし市町村における年齢調整をした医療費分析の実施は7.4%と少なかった。市町村保健師は、どのキャリアレベルにおいても事業の立案・評価に従事しており、成果評価の知識と技術能力は必要である。本研究では、市町村保健師の各種計画や保健事業の健康施策における年齢調整をした成果評価の実態を明らかにし、市町村保健師が年齢調整をした健康施策の成果評価を実施する能力を向上させることを目的に教育プログラムを開発し有用性を検証する。
