Outline of Research at the Start

医療サービスの中核を担う医師の分布動向は重要である。近年は地域偏在に加えて診療科偏在が問題とされてきているが、これらに女性医師の増加が影響を及ぼしている可能性がある。よって、3時点（2002、2012、2022）の医師調査から、20年間の市町村合併を調整した上で、
（1）医師全体に加えて各診療科における地域分布はどうなっているか
（2）女性医師の増加は医師の地域分布や診療科分布にどのようにかかわっているか
上記の研究疑問について解明し、我が国の将来の医師供給政策に貢献する知見を得る。
