Outline of Research at the Start

医療事故後の患者への情報提供は、信頼関係の維持や訴訟回避に不可欠とされる。豪州や米国では、情報の提供を軸とするフレームワークが透明性の向上、迅速な対応、クレームや訴訟コストの低減に寄与している。一方、日本の医療事故対応は実務者の経験に頼るため標準化が進まず、対応の評価も行われていない。こうした課題を踏まえ、本研究は日本の医療文化に適したフレームワークを開発し、患者側視点による評価と多様な文化的背景での実証を通じ、国際的な医療安全向上につながる普遍的な枠組み構築を目指す。これにより、国際的な医療安全向上への貢献が期待され、患者と医療者双方に有益で、各国の医療環境への適応も重要であると言える。
