Outline of Research at the Start	RSウイルス（RSV）は乳幼児に細気管支炎などを引き起こし、重症例では入院を要する呼吸器感染症である。これまで使用されていた抗体予防薬のシナジスに加え、2024年には妊婦へのワクチン（アブリスボ）および乳児向け抗体予防薬（ベイフォータス）が国内で導入され、RSV予防戦略は大きく変化した。しかし、これらの新規製剤の使用実態や予防効果を把握する全国的な調査体制は未整備である。本研究では、RSウイルス・オンラインサーベイを改修し、使用状況や発症予防効果を解析する。また、全国からRSウイルス検体を収集し、次世代シークエンスでウイルス全長を解析し、予防薬感受性低下変異株を検出、国際的な遺伝子追跡も行う。
