Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、申請者が開発・構築したマウス多軸回転並進装置を用いて客観的指標に基づく動揺病実験解析系を確立し、将来的にヒト動揺病の予防あるいは症状軽減方法の開発へと展開するための研究基盤構築を目的とする。様々に組み合わせた前庭／視覚刺激をマウスに与えることで引き起こされる食餌量・水分摂取量・ストレスホルモン変化といった自律神経症状が、瞳孔径変化パターンとどのように相関するかを多角的に解析し、ヒトとマウスに共通する動揺病の客観的評価系を確立する。
