Outline of Research at the Start

島嶼国の代表性のある集団において年齢別に麻疹IgG陽性率、風疹IgG陽性率を求めることにより、両国における麻疹、風疹の感染力（force of infection）を求め、先天性風疹症候群の発生数を推定し、予防接種効果（immunization effectiveness）から過去の予防接種政策を評価する。これらをもって麻疹、風疹の排除、根絶への課題を明らかにする。
