Outline of Research at the Start

Desert dust storms are a large-scale source of air pollution affecting global health, but existing evidence is inconsistent. This study will quantify dust exposure across the world's major hot deserts using remote sensing reanalysis data and examine its health effects based on the proposed exposure assessment.
