Outline of Research at the Start

小児において尿失禁や夜尿症は経年的に改善することが多いものの、時として社会生活に支障をきたすこともある。本研究では、「子どもの健康と環境に関する全国調査（エコチル調査）」のエコチル山梨での参加者を対象に、小児期の尿失禁や夜尿症と、①胎児期および幼児期の環境要因・素因、②胎児期の性ホルモン環境・性ホルモン受容体、③伸展刺激受容体および時計遺伝子の多型、④腸内細菌叢の変化との関連について明らかにすることを目的とする。本研究の成果は尿失禁や夜尿症の原因解明、治療法開発の基盤となり得る。
