Outline of Research at the Start

徳島県KDBのデータのうち、国保被保険者と後期高齢者のレセプト、特定健康診査（後期高齢者質問票を含む）等を解析して、疾病・異常（CKD、肝機能障害等）、フレイル状態等と関連する要因を疫学・統計学的手法を用いて明らかにする。また、後期高齢者をはじめとする地域住民の受療動向や、それと関連する要因（人口密度、高齢化率、診療所数等）を疫学・統計学的手法を用いて明らかにする。さらに、糖尿病重症化等を背景に発症する足病変等の疾患の罹患率、有病率と、患者の特徴（年齢、性別等）を疫学・統計学的手法を用いて明らかにする。これらの研究成果は住民の普及啓発や保健指導等に利用され、住民の健康水準の向上に資する。
