Outline of Research at the Start

近年台頭している労働者の自律性を基盤とする柔軟な働き方(間接的管理)の下では、仕事の目標達成のために自分の身体や精神を危険にさらすSelf-EndangeringWork Behavior(SEWB)や自分の健康やパフォーマンスを維持向上させるために行う仕事に関連するセルフケア(Work-Related Self Care)といった、健康に関連する労働者自身の行動が注目されている。本研究では、間接的管理(裁量労働制)の下で、(1)労働者の行動(SEWBとセルフケア)をJD-Rモデルに組み込み、(2)これらの行動の健康影響および規定要因を明らかにし、(3)この結果に基づいた労働者の健康保持増進の支援法を提示する。
