Outline of Research at the Start

カンピロバクターによる食品媒介感染症のアウトブレイク数は国内外で最多の報告がある。国内では鶏の生産から食鳥処理の対策が報告されている。一方で、我が国は消費者や飲食店等の鶏肉の喫食や提供に関するソーシャル・モービライゼーション(知識・態度・信念)のエビデンスがない。また、アウトブレイク調査から得た再発防止策の活用が十分ではない。本研究の目的はカンピロバクターによる食品媒介感染症のアウトブレイク予防のために①消費者および飲食店への調査結果よりソーシャル・モービライゼーションへのエビデンスを構築、②カンピロバクターのアウトブレイク調査の情報から適時性のある解析疫学の試行と再発防止策の一般化である。
