Outline of Research at the Start

航空機騒音は，飛行場周辺の住民に睡眠妨害を生じるが，航空機騒音と睡眠妨害の量的な関係には未だ相当の不確かさが残っている。航空機騒音による影響の特徴を捉えた騒音評価手法の開発と並行して，現段階では，航空機騒音の影響は各々の空港周辺で評価されることが望ましい。本研究では，国内の内陸空港として夜間に積極的な航空機発着が行われている唯一の空港である成田国際空港を対象として，航空機騒音と睡眠妨害の量反応関係を明らかにすることを目的とする。質問紙および腕時計型の睡眠計測器を利用して睡眠の状態を測定するとともに，飛行経路情報および騒音予測伝搬モデルを用いて騒音曝露量を推定し，両者の関係を明らかにする。
