Outline of Research at the Start

日本では急速な人口減少の中、健康格差の拡大が懸念されている。本研究では、全国規模の健診・レセプトデータ（130万人、2014-2023年）を統合し、所得格差と健康アウトカムの間に介在する生活習慣や医療サービス利用などの行動要因に着目して分析を行う。まず、日本における健康格差の規模と動向を明らかにし、因果媒介分析により行動要因の影響を定量化する。さらに、国際比較により日本特有の構造的要因を探索し、保険者データでは測定困難な中間因子をWEB調査により把握することで、持続的な健康支援のための学術基盤の構築を目指す。
