| Outline of Research at the Start |
男女共同参画の推進により女性管理職も増えている一方で,更年期症状等の不調で離職した女性は約46万人,労働損失は約4200億円と推定されている。更年期症状の自覚はあっても治療に結びつかず,自然に任せることが多く，具体的な支援方法も不足している。
本研究は，働く更年期女性の健康支援策としてセルフケアを促進するプログラムの開発を目的とし,調査を行う。
(1)働く更年期女性の「支援ニーズ」を明確にする。
(2)ワーク・エンゲイジメントを阻害する関連因子,更年期症状悪化に関連因子を抽出する。
(3)結果を踏まえ更年期女性に特化したセルフケア促進プログラムを構築し,ランダム化比較試験(RCT)で効果検証を行う。
