Outline of Research at the Start

国連防災世界会議の仙台防災枠組おいて「世界規模での災害死者数を減らす」ことが提唱されているが、災害直接死および、災害による間接死を減らすために展開されている人工透析や在宅人工呼吸療法の維持を中心とした医療体制の整備や、感染症予防、静脈塞栓症予防、心のケアといった保健支援活動の評価については、死亡をアウトカムとした評価は十分になされていない。そのため、得られた知見をもとに、被災後の“防ぎうる死 Preventable death”による死亡減少に向けて、災害後に展開されている医療体制整備、保健支援活動の評価をより的確に行うための基礎資料とする。
