Outline of Research at the Start

子どものネット依存は公衆衛生上で喫緊の課題である。しかしながらコロナ禍後もネット依存の疫学調査は十分に行われていない。またネット依存の予防教育は全国の学校や地域で開催されているが、その効果を検証する研究はほぼ見られない。
申請者はこれまでに年間約40校の小中学校から依頼を受け、ネット依存の予防教育を行ってきた。本研究の目的は、この予防教育を実施した小中学校で質問紙調査を2回実施し、その効果を検証することである。この調査から①ネット依存の疫学調査、②予防教育による意識と行動（ネット利用時間と依存度）の変化、③ネット依存が改善しない子どもの阻害要因、を明らかにし、予防教育を推進させることができる。
