Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、子宮頸がん対策を大きく推進させる原動力となるエビデンスの産出と子宮頸がん予後予測モデルの開発を目指すものである。

日本の子宮頸がん予防ワクチン（HPVワクチン）接種率と検診受診率は世界の中でも低く、若年者の子宮頸がん死亡が増加傾向である。その標準治療はエビデンスに基づく診療ガイドラインにより整備が進んできたが、個々の患者の治療選択は医師の経験則に依存している。治療によりQOLの低下を伴うことがあり、患者の意思決定支援が求められてきた。本計画では子宮頸がんについて、日本産科婦人科学会腫瘍登録（臓器別がん登録）を使用し、臨床病理学的因子・治療法などと予後に着目し関連を探索する。
