Outline of Research at the Start

ウェアラブルデバイスなどから得られる強縦断データには、個人内の細かな状態変化が反映されている。客観的なデータを基に心身の不調をいち早く検知あるいは予測できれば、本人に聞かずとも介入の必要性を判断でき、独居高齢者の見守りなどに役立つことが期待される。本研究では、Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) による気分・症状の主観的記録とウェアラブルデバイスによる行動計測（身体活動、睡眠の客観的評価）を組み合わせた日常生活下調査（2週間）を行い、高齢者の心身の好不調に関わる行動要因を同定する。
