Outline of Research at the Start

千人超の患者コホートである小児インスリン治療研究会の登録患者・保護者を対象に自己管理能力と血糖コントロール状況や糖尿病療養環境（療養行動の実施場所等）、キーパソン、QOLに関してのアンケート調査を1年毎に行う。本研究の結果と小児インスリン治療研究会の臨床データを利用することで自己管理能力と血糖コントロール状況や糖尿病療養環境、QOLの横断的評価および患者毎の縦断的評価を行い、それぞれの関連性について検討する。また、学校生活のQOL低下に関しての問題点を明らかにし、改善のための提言を行う。
