Outline of Research at the Start	抗菌薬の適正使用は、薬剤耐性菌の発生を抑制するために不可欠である。急性上気道感染症（AURTI）は、外来において経口抗菌薬が多く処方される疾患の一つである。AURTIの多くはウイルス性であり、本来であれば抗菌薬の使用が不要であるにもかかわらず、過剰処方が蔓延している。特に、COVID-19パンデミックにより医療体制が大きく変化し、その影響で抗菌薬の使用パターンも変動した可能性が高い。本研究は、COVID-19パンデミックがAURTIに対する経口抗菌薬の使用に与えた影響を明らかにし、抗菌薬の適正使用を促進するための具体的な改善策を提案することを目的とする。
