Outline of Research at the Start

近年、有毒金属による殺人（未遂）事件や事故による健康被害が注目されているが、法医学分野における異状死体の法医解剖や死体検案時の通常の薬毒物検査では、これら有毒金属類は検出されない。そのため有毒金属による中毒（死）が見逃されている可能性があり、簡便で迅速なスクリーニングができるように対応を検討する必要がある。本研究では簡易で迅速に金属の検査・分析が行えるエネルギー分散型蛍光Ｘ線分析装置を用いて動物実験で予備的な各種検討を行い、法医解剖や死体検案時に採取した液体や毛髪・体毛について検査法と評価基準を開発し、それを用いて検出された金属と死因の関連を考察し分析法を評価する。
