Outline of Research at the Start

中毒死では, 特異な死体所見が得られないことが多く, 市販の検査キット対象外の薬毒物が使用された場合, 見逃しの可能性が高い. 本研究では, 試料採取が容易で, 保存性や運搬性に優れた乾燥濾紙血を基盤として, ①有毒ガス, ②金属類, ③検査キット対象外の薬物による中毒死に対する信頼性の高い診断法を開発する. 濾紙血に含有される極微量血液を試料として, 新規のガス中毒マーカーの活用や金属類の高効率抽出法等を組み合わせる. さらに, 誘導体化法と液体クロマトグラフィー－質量分析 (LC－MS) 及び誘導結合プラズマ質量分析 (ICP－MS) を駆使した高感度分析法を構築する.
