本研究の目的は、外来がん患者のQOL向上のためのオンラインを用いたリラクセーション・サロンを開発することである。
本研究では、1．外来がん患者のQOL向上のためのオンラインを用いたリラクセーション・サロンのプログラム案を作成する。2．外来がん患者に1案のパイロットスタデイを行い、内容を検討・修正する。3．外来がん患者にオンラインを用いたリラクセーション・サロンのプログラムを介入し、QOLの有効性を評価する。本研究によって、外来がん患者のQOL維持向上やリラクセーション法の普及につながる。
