Outline of Research at the Start

超高齢社会にある現在、認知症高齢者・精神障害者等の個人の権利を擁護し、尊厳を守りながらのケア提供が困難な状況が社会問題として顕在化している。複雑な倫理的問題に学生が対応するためには、エビデンスが確かで効果的・効率的な体系化された看護倫理教育プログラムの構築は喫緊の課題である。倫理的問題に対応するためにまずは倫理的感受性の養成・向上が求められている。本研究の目的は、倫理的感受性の構成要素を明らかにし、倫理的感受性を養成・向上する倫理学習プログラムを構築することである。
