The complexity of modern healthcare has introduced new ethical challenges, highlighting the need for enhanced collective moral resilience and a culture of ethical practice. This study seeks to explore the core elements of CMR from the perspectives of nurses and physicians across diverse cultural contexts, and to design and validate a reliable scale to measure it.
