| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は新卒看護師の職業的IDの形成に注目し，「新人看護師の離職を防止する職業的ID形成支援プログラムの開発」を目的とする。これまでに明らかにされてこなかった新卒看護師の職業的IDに関連する要因とその経時的変化を評価するための評価尺度を作成し，新卒看護師に対して，就職後１年間に注目し縦断的調査を行い解析し，いずれの時点でどのような要因が職業的ID形成，維持に関連するのか同定することにより，新人看護師の職業的ID形成支援のための知見をもとに効率的な支援プログラムの開発に繋げたいと考えている。
