Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、看護管理者におけるリフレクションを促進するための効果的なコーチング手法を探求し、「気づきを促進する」ためのコーチングガイドを作成することである。具体的には、看護管理者のリフレクションにおいて必要とされるスキルや「問い」を、半構造化面接を通じた質的記述的分析によって明らかにする。その結果を基にコーチングガイドを作成し、実際にリフレクション研修を行い、コーチングガイドの有効性を検証する予定である。看護管理者がこのコーチングガイドを活用することで、限られた時間内でも効果的なリフレクション支援が実現できると考えている。
