Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、看護実践者に仏教看護の知識や技術の必要性を提言し、さまざまな臨床看護場面において仏教看護が実装されるための研修プログラムを開発することを目的とする。
この目的を達成するために、看護系大学、および全国の臨床看護師を対象に仏教看護に関する実態調査を行う。また、台湾における仏教看護教育のシステムや病院での仏教看護の実態の視察、および専門職者を対象とした研修プログラムの分析を行い、研修プログラムに必要な要素を明らかにする。これらを基に開発した仏教看護研修プロクラムによる研修を開催し、そのプログラムの評価を行う。
