Outline of Research at the Start

看護師の専門性維持や業務負担軽減などの背景から、看護師が実施していた援助の一部を看護補助者に委譲し、看護補助者が患者を援助する体制をとる医療機関が増加している。患者に提供する看護の質を維持するためには看護師と看護補助者に新たな情報共有のための行動が求められる。
本研究は①看護補助者にケアを委譲する病棟において看護師が患者の情報を収集するための行動、②看護補助者が得た患者の情報を看護師と共有するための行動、③看護師と看護補助者が患者の情報を共有するための行動に影響する要因を明らかにし、看護師と看護補助者が協働して看護の質を維持・向上させるための効果的な行動を考察する。
