Outline of Research at the Start

エンドオブライフケアは、人生の最終段階に限らず、人が死を意識したときから始まる“今をどう生きるか”に視点を置いた当事者主体のケアの考え方である。高齢多死社会が到来する日本において、エンドオブライフケアを担う看護師のケアの質を担保することは重要な課題であり、そのための教育が看護基礎教育の段階から行われる必要がある。
本研究では、エンドオブライフケアにおける看護師の実践知に焦点をあて、看護学生へのケアの触発性と転用可能性を意識した実践知の可視化を試みる。それをもとに、実践知継承の観点を組み込んだ看護基礎教育プログラムを実装する。
