Outline of Research at the Start

新人看護師の職場適応と看護実践能力の習得を支援する実地指導者の育成は、重要課題である。実地指導者が主体的に学習し成長するためには、指導を通した自分自身への気づきであるメタ認知が必要である。関連分野の知見から、実地指導者のメタ認知を育むことは、指導の計画、指導中の改善、指導後の体系的振り返りに有用であることが期待される。そこで、本研究は実地指導者のメタ認知を評価する尺度を開発し、メタ認知の関連要因を明らかにする。実地指導者への質問紙調査により、尺度の信頼性と妥当性を検討し、仮説「グリットと協同作業認識がメタ認知に影響を及ぼす」を検証する。本研究は実地指導者への教育的支援の検討に寄与する。
