Outline of Research at the Start

大学教員に対する体系的な教育実践に関する教育システム整備は不足している現状があり、新任教員は学ぶ機会の少なさを実感している。本研究では、新任看護教員を対象に、臨地実習指導能力育成に向けた教育プログラムを、ICTを活用し提供できるスマートフォンアプリケーションを開発し、その評価を得る。新任看護教員がいつでも・どこでも、自分の学びたいことを繰り返し学べるシステムを開発し、臨地実習指導力の向上と学生指導等に対する不安やストレスの軽減ができるようコミュニティで情報共有や意見交換ができるようにする。
