| Outline of Research at the Start |
臨床判断能力は看護の中核であり、医療専門職者にとって不可欠な技術である。しかし、学生は一般的な知識を特定の事例に当てはめる力や、知識の何を適用するべきかを見極める力が不足していると指摘されている。そこで本研究は、学生の臨床判断における思考と行為の意思決定過程の分析から学生の臨床判断における課題を明らかにし、課題解決につながるMixed Reality（複合現実：MR）技術を活用した自主トレーニング型シミュレーション教育プログラムの開発と評価を行う。本研究により、学生は自分の思考と行為に至った判断の根拠を認識することでメタ認知が促され、トレーニングを繰り返すことで臨床判断能力の育成につながる。
