Outline of Research at the Start

看護職が精神健康を損ないやすい職業であることは国際的に共通した認識であるが、看護職の精神健康が低い理由や、どのような過程で精神健康を損なうのかは曖昧なままである。本研究は新卒看護職コホート研究を実施し、新卒看護職の精神健康は経年的にどのように変化するのか、新卒看護職が有する個人要因および環境要因は経年的にどのように変化し、それは精神健康とどのように関連するのかを解明する。これらの研究を通じて、看護職が精神健康を保持増進しながらいきいきと働ける職業に転換するための方略を提示する。
