Outline of Research at the Start	看護におけるリフレクションは質の高い看護を導くための実践的思考として、その重要性が認識されている。リフレクションの深まりには個人差が大きく、看護実践における自分の価値観、考え方や感じ方の傾向を明確にするスキルの強化が課題となっている。 AIと看護教育の融合は、パーソナライズされた効率的な学習体験を提供することで、看護専門職として自律的な学修者を育む、新たな教育スタイルとなる可能性がある。本研究は、AIと看護教育の融合により、効果的に看護実践の経験から学べるシステムを提供することで、看護専門職としての能力を主体的かつ継続的に発展させ、看護師個々の成長のみならず、組織全体の看護の質向上に貢献する。
