Outline of Research at the Start

看護師のクリティカルシンキング(CT)力は、科学的根拠に基づく看護実践には不可欠で患者のアウトカムを向上させることから、看護学士課程の重要な教育的アウトカムのひとつである。本研究は、看護教育の質の向上を目指して、研究代表者がラオスの看護研究者と共同研究によって開発したラオス看護学士課程学生のCT力評価ツールをラオスの看護教育の場へ導入・普及・定着させるための実装研究である。実装戦略として看護教員のCT研修を含めた改善拡大サイクルを日本とラオスの日寮協働で開発・実施し、実装戦略の効果を実装アウトカム評価により検証する。
