Outline of Research at the Start

在宅看護の拡充が急務とされる現在、将来を担うZ世代の看護学生は、コミュニケーションが苦手で自己承認欲求が強いことが特徴とされ、加えて高齢者とのコミュニケーションの経験が圧倒的に不足している。このような課題を解決する一つの方法として、自治会と 連 携 し 、 地 域 高 齢 者 と 共 に 育 て る Z世 代 看 護 学 生 育 成 プ ロ グ ラ ム を 構 築 する。看護学1年次から4年次生の演習に参画し、学生のコミュニケーション能力の育成を支援する。卒業時の看護実践能力の質を保証し、高齢者看護・介護で貢献できる看護師を育成する。
