Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、医療系学生の特性と卒業後の職務満足度や離職との関連を明らかにし、離職予防に資する学修支援システムの構築を目的とする。学修意欲やレジリエンスなどの非認知能力に関するアンケート調査、生体・脳活動データの収集を行い、卒業後3年目までの追跡調査により職業生活との関連を分析する。さらに、統計モデリングと機械学習を活用して個別最適な学修支援を実現する。
