Outline of Research at the Start

わが国の超少子高齢化対策として看護職員の確保があげられているが、新人看護師は過去最高の離職率を示している。一方で自閉スペクトラム症や注意欠如・多動症などの発達障害を抱えながら就労する看護師の増加が報告されており、育成には苦慮や苦難が伴うことが報告されている。そのため看護師の離職要因を減らすには、多様な背景や個性に対応できる育成方法の見直しが必要であると考えた。本研究は指導を受ける側とする側双方の負担を軽減させるために多様な背景や個性を有する看護師、とくに発達障害の診断を持つ看護師の育成に有効な育成プログラム開発を行う。
