Outline of Research at the Start

対象地カミレイは地方の州都であるが、インフラ整備がすすまず経済活動が停滞しており、保健医療サービスへのアクセスが悪く、低所得の住民にとっては健康維持が困難な地域となっている。学校を基盤とした健康増進活動は、学校の健康管理体制を整え、学童が基本的な健康障害を予防し健康増進できる能力を養うだけでなく、学校を取り巻く地域社会に健康増進をすすめることができる。教員や保健医療職者が主体となって活動を行うのではなく、学校生徒が主体となって健康管理活動を行うことにより、生徒が生涯にわたるヘルスマネジメントの基盤を身に着け、さらに学校を含めた地域全体の健康増進の向上を図る。
