Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、、前プロジェクトで抽出された教育要素をもとに、質問紙調査・分析により以下の3点を明らかにする。
非医療者とのコミュニケーション能力向上のための教育プログラムにおける、
①職種横断的/職種特異的要素は何か
②各職種における特徴的な学習ニーズは何か
③文化横断的特徴は何か
結果をもとに教育プログラム試案を作成し、ヒアリングや研究者間ディスカッションを経てプログラム内容を精錬する。併せて、文化特異的/横断的特徴をもとに適用可能性の検討を行う。
